Damaged or Defective Products:

• If your product arrives damaged, leaked, or defective, just let us know
• We'll send a replacement immediately at no cost
• You keep the original — no need to return it

1. Email us within 7 days of delivery with photo
2. Provide order number
3. We'll ship replacement right away

Unopened Returns:

• Unopened products may be exchanged within 30 days for a different seasoning/mix
• Refunds are not available due to food safety regulations
